Cihan Topcu - Founder and Managing Partner
With over a decade of experience in Turkish law, Cihan Topcu is the founder of Topcu Legal and a recognized expert in legal services for the Spanish-speaking community. His professional career includes prominent positions in prestigious top-tier Istanbul law firms, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, energy law and infrastructure projects.
Before founding Topcu Legal in 2018, he worked as an associate at prestigious top-tier Istanbul law firms during 2015-2018, participating in M&A, financing and renewable energy development projects. His international experience includes work at the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs in London, where he developed expertise in comparative legal systems.
His command of Spanish, English and Turkish, combined with his deep knowledge of Turkish law and international experience, positions him as the ideal lawyer for Spanish-speaking clients requiring legal services in Turkey.
